1. Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Each Rudraksha or spiritual item undergoes a final purification and quality check before dispatch to ensure authenticity and sanctity.

2. Delivery Time

• Prepaid Orders: Shipped within 24 hours, typically delivered in 3–5 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Order verification may take 1–2 additional days, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.

• Orders below ₹499 may include a small delivery fee to cover logistics.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner only with trusted national courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

6. Address & Delivery

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery delays or cancellations.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to natural calamities, courier issues, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare cases.
